Team Building Day at a Pampas Ranch

The program is designed for corporate groups of up to 50 people. The ranch is located 110 km from Buenos Aires, 5 km from San Andrés de Giles. We'll share a relaxed day at a ranch that promises peace, relaxation and quiet, to reconnect with yourself and with colleagues amid the pampas plains, taking part in integration games, including a horse activity done without saddles — unique in its style — led by professionals. 

• 10 AM. Arrival at the ranch (5 km from San Andrés de Giles); 110 km from Buenos Aires. 
  • Introduction to the day. Welcome breakfast. Includes coffee, tea, milk, juices, pastries and fresh fruit.
  • Short tour of the grounds and the ranch.
• 11:00 AM. We'll play an icebreaker game and split the group into teams. Then we'll hold the integration game: Nature Orientation workshop and Great Treasure Hunt / Mini photography workshop and photo hunt / Obstacle course games.
• 1 PM. Lunch. Starts with beef empanadas and homemade savory pies as a starter. Then, there will be a table where you can serve yourself beef sandwiches with vegetables, tomato, lettuce, egg. Assorted dressings and homemade bread. 
  • Ask about cold cuts platters and pasta casseroles.
  • Ice cream for dessert.
  • Soft drinks.
• 2:30 PM. The second integration and team-building activity will be a Self-Awareness and Communication Workshop with unmounted horses. Coordinated exercises will be carried out where, through the horse (from the ground), the company's people get to know each other even better, in a different setting. These are games that connect with the animal and with nature. Body language is used, and people interact while strengthening bonds. It's an enriching experience for strengthening relationships and teamwork.
• 4 PM. For tea time we've planned a sweet table with infusions and fresh smoothies, seated on outdoor lounge furniture with hay bales and low tables.
• 4:45 PM. Souvenir handout. 
• 5:00 PM End.
